3. Registration Scope and Conditions

(2) Application conditions

Applicants should meet the following conditions:

6. Have more than 2 years of work experience, and the annual assessment is competent (passed) and above;

7. Be in good health and be able to assume the responsibilities of the position.

(3) Circumstances in which you are not allowed to participate in open selection and recruitment

4. The qualification review of applicants runs through all aspects of the open selection process. IV. Open Selection Procedure

(1) Registration and Qualification Review

2. Qualification review. 3. Assessment ratio. The ratio of the number of applicants to the selected positions should not be less than 2:1. The basic interview time for each candidate is 15 minutes, which is divided into two parts: self-introduction and answering questions from the judges. The self-introduction time is 5 minutes, mainly introducing your basic situation, competitive advantages and work ideas, etc.; the time to answer the judges' questions is 10 minutes.

When results are announced, 2 decimal places will be retained. If the final results are tied, the decimal places will be used to determine the order.

Within 3 days after the interview, the interview results of the interviewers will be released.

Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the inspection stage.

(4) Inspection and related links

1. Determine the objects of inspection

In principle, equal inspections will be carried out for open selection. The examination objects are determined from high to low according to the final scores. Within 3 days after the interview, the candidates will be announced.

Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not be included in the investigation:

(1) Violation of political disciplines and political rules;

(3) Those who engage in non-organized behaviors such as running for official positions and canvassing for votes;

2. Inspection

The inspection is organized and implemented by the Organization Department and the Personnel Office of the Party Committee of Hainan Medical College. The vacancies caused by unqualified examinations will be filled once in an equal amount according to the order of the final scores of the applicants from high to low.

(5) Public announcement and relevant procedures

Publicize the open selection and appointment (employment) of personnel in the talent recruitment column of the campus portal. The publicity period shall be no less than 7 days.

After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the appointment (employment), the Hainan Medical College Party Committee will issue an appointment (employment) notice and handle relevant personnel transfer procedures.

5. Disciplinary Requirements
