The minimum wage standard is mainly applicable to all kinds of enterprises, private enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households with employees, state organs, institutions and social organizations that have established labor contract relations with workers.

The monthly minimum wage is mainly applicable to full-time workers who work 8 hours a day except holidays; The hourly minimum wage standard is mainly applicable to part-time workers who are paid by the hour, whose average working hours in the same employer are no more than 5 hours per day and whose cumulative working hours per week are no more than 30 hours.
