This time, I lost tens of thousands of yuan at once.

There are many contradictions in variety, price and quantity, low profit and unstable market. Once, on the bus, Wu Huazhen saw the passenger next to her thirsty for water. She was kind enough to dig out two oranges in her bag and hand them up. After talking, I know that he is from Wuhan, doing business in Hanzheng Street, and coming to Yangzhou to buy wind chimes. His business is not small. Wu Huazhen found out that he lived in Jiangyang Hotel near Yangzhou Station. In the evening, he rode with his husband and brought his own toy samples to inquire about the market situation in Wuhan. Moved by the honesty and seriousness of the couple, the Wuhan boss agreed to help open the Wuhan market, and began a long-term cooperation. Toys were continuously shipped from Nanjing to Wuhan, and the payment was returned in full and on time. Since then, with the magic weapon of honesty and trustworthiness, it has opened up markets in Xi 'an, Harbin, Urumqi and other places, and business has gradually improved.

Strive for by going up one flight of stairs with great efforts

No matter how beautifully made a carriage is, it can't run the simplest train. Moving from a small workshop to a modern enterprise requires crossing many things. Wu Huazhen, with his keen vision and extraordinary courage, seized the opportunity of preferential investment policies in Pingshan Township, aimed at the location advantage of a toy distribution center that had begun to take shape, and invested nearly 2 million yuan. In September 1997, Fu Yonghua Toy Factory was established and the large-scale production of toys began.

"Opportunity always favors a prepared mind". In recent years, Fuyonghua Toy Factory has continuously strengthened the fine management of enterprises, paid close attention to product quality and new product development, and successfully passed the ISO93 international quality certification standard. Wu Huazhen deeply knows that talents are the key to the development of enterprises. At the end of last year, Fu Yonghua hired two designers from Shenzhen with high salary and several management elites from the urban area with generous treatment, and established a reasonable reward and punishment system and standardized management. All the work of the enterprise entered a virtuous circle and initially built a brand-new modern enterprise organizational structure.

At the end of October last year, Fuyonghua Toy Factory moved to Jiangyang Industrial Park as a whole, and the enterprise's appearance was even more brand-new. A modern production line has been built, the number of automatic sewing machines has increased from more than 7 to more than 12, the number of employees has increased from more than 1 to more than 3, and the output value has continuously doubled. Over the past few years, it has paid nearly 5 million yuan in taxes and fees to the state, and has successively absorbed and arranged more than 1 laid-off and difficult women workers to re-find jobs, and put women workers with better quality in management positions, allowing them to give full play to their talents within their duties, and at the same time supporting more than 1 laid-off women workers to start their own businesses and create value for society.
