COFCO Heilongjiang Brewing Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned liquor enterprise of COFCO (the only wholly-owned liquor enterprise in the liquor sector of COFCO). COFCO Brewing inherited a century-old large-scale solid-state fermentation pit and the ancient wine making method handed down from the Jin Dynasty.
