I am the executive chef of this hotel, and I feel a great responsibility. Since I entered this hotel for more than a month, with the mutual help of leaders and colleagues, with the production goal of "making fine products and making characteristics", we have ensured that our Xunyi hotel is the highest-end, most complete and most distinctive in the local area, laying a good foundation for our future evaluation of 4-star hotels. Today, our hotel held a mobilization meeting, the purpose of which was to let everyone work with full enthusiasm and serious attitude. Qi Xin made concerted efforts to ensure the successful completion of the opening reception on the 28th. Therefore, the production department has formulated the following points to arrange the recent work.

First, team formation:

Our team comes from different fields, some are new recruits, some are left by old hotels, so we should have full enthusiasm and serious and responsible working attitude to integrate into our new team.
