Shanghai Drug Evaluation and Certification Center is a directly affiliated institution of Shanghai Drug Administration.

Mainly responsible for the drug review and verification tasks entrusted by the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Products, as well as the technical review and on-site verification of drug-related administrative licensing matters in this Municipality.

Second, the job description and recruitment conditions

(1) Job Description

This post is a professional technical post, mainly engaged in on-site inspection, technical review and on-site verification of drug administrative licensing matters and related work.

(2) Recruitment targets and conditions

1. Has the nationality of the people of China, abides by the Constitution and laws, has good conduct and professional ethics, and has physical conditions for normal performance of duties.

2. Age is 40 years old and below (the calculation deadline is June 30, 2023, that is,1born on or after July 30, 982), bachelor degree or above, major in pharmacy, medicine, engineering, biology and other related fields.

3. Work experience is not limited.

Experience in pharmacy is preferred.

4. Have a certain understanding of drug-related laws and regulations, drug evaluation and verification, and have good communication skills, written expression skills and language expression skills.

5. Fluent in Chinese, party member, good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6. Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit of 1 year or more (excluding the Shanghai temporary residence permit within the validity period).

Third, the recruitment method

(1) Registration

Online registration is adopted, and the website is f/h6T7lF (it is recommended to open it on the webpage). Applicants should fill in the personal registration form online and submit it according to the online prompts.

The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of personal information materials. If the information provided is untrue, they will be responsible.

Registration time: from now until March 24, 2023.

(2) Qualification examination

According to the resume received, screening and qualification examination will be carried out, and those who pass the examination will receive a notice of planned examination.

(3) written examination

The written test mainly tests the professional theoretical knowledge required by the candidate's position.

According to the principle that the written test scores are arranged from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the total number of recruitment positions 1: 5.

Those who do not enter the interview will not be notified.

(4) Interview

The interview mainly tests the applicant's professional values, work ability, interpersonal skills, language expression, comprehensive analysis, communication and contingency, team awareness and other comprehensive qualities.

The specific arrangements for the interview will be announced separately.

(5) Physical examination

After the interview, the total score shall be calculated according to the ratio of written test and interview score of 4:6, in which the interview score shall not be lower than 60 (total score 100).

The total score is sorted from high to low, and the candidates who enter the physical examination are determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1, and they are organized to the secondary medical institutions in this city in a unified way. The physical examination is carried out according to the National General Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (Trial).

Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation.

(6) Investigation

The investigation organized by the employer mainly examines the ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality and integrity record of the candidates.

(seven) the determination and publicity of the personnel to be hired

According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized on the website of "Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" for no less than 7 days.

If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to Shanghai Drug Administration for approval, and then to Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing.

If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.

Four. Related treatment and other matters

Once the above-mentioned personnel are hired, their wages, bonuses, welfare and social insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
