ICBC: What are the front-end charges and back-end charges of funds?

China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China official website replied:

Front-end fees refer to the fees paid by investors when they subscribe for and purchase funds, which are generally charged according to a certain proportion of the investment; Back-end fees refer to the fees paid by investors at the time of subscription, without paying any fees. The fee is generally a certain proportion of the subscription amount, and may decrease year by year according to the increase of the number of years that investors hold the fund.
