The largest factory in Chizhou, Anhui Province

The largest factory in Chizhou, Anhui Province is located in Mei Jie Town, Guichi District, Chizhou. There used to be a large military factory with more than 5,000 employees here, and this is the Eighth Five-Year Plan Steel Plant aided by Shanghai. 1969 began site selection preparation, and 1970 was officially put into production on April 26th, and the first heat of steel was smelted. The whole factory covers an area of millions of square meters, and the factory building alone is as high as 220,000 square meters, making it the largest metallurgical enterprise in Anhui.
