Those who meet the academic qualifications stipulated in the Teacher Law, love education, and pass the examination in accordance with the Measures for Teacher Qualification Examination in Shaanxi Province (for Trial Implementation) can obtain corresponding teacher qualifications. Specifically:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality.

2. Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teacher Law, including:

(a) to apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, you must have a bachelor's degree or above in national education (excluding primary education and preschool education);

(two) the personnel who apply for the qualification of internship guidance teacher in secondary vocational schools must have graduated from various secondary vocational schools and above, and have professional and technical positions equivalent to assistant engineers or intermediate workers or above;

(3) Applicants for junior high school teacher qualification must have a junior college degree or above in national education (excluding primary education and preschool education);

(4) Applicants for primary school teacher qualification must have a junior college degree or above in a secondary normal school (excluding preschool education);

(5) Applicants for kindergarten teacher qualification must have a pre-school normal school or a pre-school education professional college degree or above, and other professional graduates (excluding technical secondary schools) are treated as non-normal educators.

3. The level of Putonghua has reached Grade II or above, and the Putonghua test grade certificate has been obtained.

4. Have the physical conditions necessary to engage in the work of teachers, have no history of infectious diseases and mental illness, and meet the needs of education and teaching.

5. Participate in the training and examination of basic theoretical knowledge of education, pass the examination and obtain the qualification certificate of basic theoretical knowledge of primary and secondary school teachers in Shaanxi Province, except for the exemption conditions stipulated in the Measures for Teacher Qualification Examination in Shaanxi Province (Trial).

6. Have the basic professional skills of teachers. Applicants for teacher qualification must take part in the teacher vocational skills examination organized by the municipal and district teacher qualification accreditation offices and obtain qualified results.

7. Applicants for teacher qualification must be China citizens whose household registration or work unit is in the administrative division of Xi.
