I. Recruitment positions

Specially recruited positions are mainly for grassroots institutions in the fields of education, agriculture and rural areas, health, poverty alleviation and so on below the city and county (city, district).

Please refer to 20 19 and the table of special recruitment positions for qualified personnel after the service period of Xuzhou's "three supports and one support" plan expires in 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "recruitment position table", see the attachment for details).

Second, the recruitment target and qualifications

The recruitment targets are those who have passed the examination on 20 19 and the service period of the "three supports and one support" plan in our city in 2020 (excluding those who have been recruited (hired) as civil servants, staff of public institutions and those directly employed by the original service unit), and apply according to the recruitment position table.

Examination method

The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. The written examination is combined with 202 1 open recruitment examination in some institutions in Xuzhou.

The written test subjects are comprehensive knowledge, ability and quality (management papers). The exam does not specify a tutorial. For details, please refer to Jiangsu Province 202 1 Written Examination Outline of Public * * * Subjects for Unified Open Recruiting in Provincial Institutions.

2. Time and place of written examination

Written test time: 2021April 17. If it is necessary to make adjustments due to special circumstances such as epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, it will be announced separately in Xuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.jsxzhrss.gov.cn) and Xuzhou Talent Network (www.xzrc.com) 10 days in advance. Please pay attention to the successful applicants. The examination center is located in Xuzhou.

3. Applicants should take the admission ticket and valid identity documents to the test center to take the written test according to the specified time.

According to the current epidemic prevention and control requirements, please apply for "Su Kang code" in time. Only when the "Su Kang code" is green on the day of the test, and the temperature measured on site is lower than 37.3℃ and there are no abnormal symptoms such as dry cough, can you enter the test center to take the test.

The written examination is a closed examination, and no papers may be handed in or returned in advance during the examination.

4. The written test results will be published in Xuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Network (www.jsxzhrss.gov.cn) and Xuzhou Talent Network (www.xzrc.com).

(3) Interview

The interview is organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

1. After the unified written test marking, delimit the minimum qualified score line for each position. Among those who pass the written test, according to the order of written test scores from high to low and the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. If individual positions fail to reach the ratio of 1: 3, all those who pass the written test will enter the interview. Please keep the relevant candidates' contact information unblocked, and those who can't contact will be deemed to give up automatically.

2. Inform the candidates of the interview results on the spot. If there is no competitive position in the interview, the passing score of the interview is 60% of the total interview score; For competitive positions, the score passed in the interview is 50% of the total interview score.
