Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 21 The responsibilities or detailed rules of each department of the company shall be formulated by the general manager of the company.

Article 22 This system shall come into effect after being approved by the board of directors, and the same shall apply when it is amended. The original organizational establishment management system shall be abolished at the same time.
