When selecting vertical PVDF pump in tank, the following aspects should be paid attention to:

1, process flow of the pump.

The basic parameters such as pump flow and lift should be reasonably determined according to the process requirements. It is generally believed that the normal wear and tear of the pump and the change of rotating speed may lead to the decrease of head. Therefore, when selecting a pump, the lift of the pump can be 2%.

4. Selection of spindle seal and its auxiliary system.

According to the actual case analysis, the proportion of fault units caused by spindle seal is very high, which can reach 30% ~ 40% in some occasions, so the selection of spindle seal is very important.
