Is the labor service company divided into qualification grades?

There are no grades and categories of labor service qualifications. The application conditions are also relatively simple. This is the evaluation standard:

I. Enterprise assets

(1) The net assets are more than 2 million yuan.

(2) Having a fixed business place.

Second, the main personnel of the enterprise

(1) The technical director has the title of intermediate or above in engineering sequence or the qualification of senior engineer or above.

(2) There shall be no less than 5 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the builders, quality engineers, safety officers, laborers and other personnel shall be complete.

(three) no less than 50 skilled workers who have passed the examination or training.

Materials to be provided and matters needing attention when applying for the qualification of labor subcontracting enterprises:

I. Application materials

1. Application Form for Qualification of Labor Subcontracting Enterprises (in triplicate) (see Annex);

2. Business license of enterprise legal person; Check the original and provide a copy;

3. Original and photocopy of enterprise qualification certificate; Check the original and provide a copy;

4. Articles of association; Check the original and provide a copy;

5, the legal representative of the enterprise, the person in charge of the enterprise and technology, finance, professional title certificate or technical grade certificate, identity card and labor contract; Check the original and provide a copy;

6. A capital verification report issued by an accounting firm; Check the original and provide a copy;

7. Corporate financial statements; Check the original and provide a copy;

8, mechanical equipment list; Need to issue invoices for mechanical equipment; Check the original and provide a copy;

9, the production and operation of housing property certificate; Check the original and provide a copy;

10, technical grade certificate, identity card and labor contract of enterprise technical workers, check the original and provide a copy;

1 1, the performance of labor subcontracting completed by the enterprise in the past three years, and provide labor subcontracting contracts and quality acceptance certificates. Check the original and provide a copy.

Enterprises applying for subcontracting qualification upgrade shall provide the following information in addition to the above information:

1. Original and photocopy of enterprise qualification certificate;

2. Annual financial statements of the enterprise;

3, the representative project contract completed by the enterprise and its quality acceptance and safety assessment data.

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall meet the following conditions for operating labor dispatch business:

(a) the registered capital of not less than 2 million yuan;

(2) Having a fixed business place and facilities suitable for conducting business;

(3) Having a labor dispatch management system that complies with the provisions of laws and administrative regulations;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. Engaged in labor dispatch business, it shall apply to the labor administrative department for administrative license according to law; If it is approved, it shall go through the corresponding company registration according to law. Without permission, no unit or individual may engage in labor dispatch business.
