In 2022, the minimum control score of Hainan ordinary high school admission: 375 points.

Candidates who graduated from junior high schools in Sanya, Wuzhishan, Dongfang, Changjiang, Ledong, Lingshui, Baisha, Baoting and Qiongzhong scored 375 points. Candidates who graduated from junior high schools in other regions scored 425 points.

Hainan Middle School, referred to as Haizhong for short, is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province. It is a first-class middle school and a key middle school in Hainan Province. This school belongs to the Education Department of Hainan Province.

As of May, 20 17, Hainan Middle School has two teaching areas, junior high school and senior high school, with a campus area of196,000 square meters and a school building area of186,000 square meters. There are 98 classes in Hainan Middle School, with nearly 5,000 students and 485 in-service teachers, including 389 full-time teachers.
