The main clubs in the school are Taoran Literature Society and Guangming Science and Technology Society.

Founded in September 2008, Taoran Literature Society is a student association initiated by the 53 Chinese Teaching and Research Group and led by the Youth League Committee. On this free literary platform, students can fully display their literary talents; At the same time, the literary club is the cradle of cultivating students' writing ability and literary appreciation ability. The word "Tao Ran" is taken from the beautiful sentence of "When my friends and I were so drunk that we forgot the world" in Li Bai's "Down Zhongnan Mountain to Hu Si for Good Pillows and Bowls", which means that 53 students are happy and their literature is prosperous. Taoran Literature Society takes "sunshine and atmosphere, seeking truth and wisdom" as its aim, takes the May 3rd viewpoint of the school newspaper and the colorful campus as its active positions, and encourages its members to create literary works such as essays, novels and poems, so as to reflect the campus life on May 3rd with vivid forms and colorful contents.
