Fan Tongsheng, 197 1 was born in Zhenping, Henan Province, and loved art and jade carving since childhood. After graduating from arts and crafts school, he entered Zhenping Jade Factory to engage in jade carving. From 65438 to 0994, he came to Suzhou to study Subang jade carving. In 2000, he was admitted to Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts to study sculpture. In 2003, he founded "Wentongxuan Jade Carving Studio" and was awarded the title of "Henan Jade Carving Master" by Henan Gemstone Association. Most of his works are ingenious in conception, fine in workmanship, fresh and lively in style, bright in lines, rich in layers and strong in three-dimensional sense. He is especially good at carving with skin color and material design, and has won many awards in the national jade carving selection. In 2008, "Carved Bridge Pen Container" won the gold medal in Shanghai Zhongyi Cup jade carving appraisal; Zhuangzi Dream Butterfly won the Best Creative Award in the 4th Luzigang Cup. "Fulu Folding Paper" won the silver prize of Jiangsu Yibo Cup Art and Craft Exhibition. In 2009, the work "Mice Love Rice" won the gold medal of "Chinese Jade Hundred Flowers Award" and "Making Money Step by Step" won the bronze medal of "Hundred Flowers Award".
