Chengdu 2nd: Go to Guanghan to see Sanxingdui instead.

There is only one whole day left in Chengdu. Yesterday afternoon, I decided to give up Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain and go to Guanghan to see Sanxingdui Museum.

The prevention and control situation changed suddenly this morning, but the sword was on the string. It's not enough to stay in the hotel at present. Continue as planned. Compared with the original arrangement, the indoor tour is neither tired nor sunburned, but the space is narrow and crowded, so it only needs to be well protected and cautious.

Sanxingdui Museum has become famous in recent years, and the natural popularity of tourists has not diminished. It is probably not easy for groups or individual tourists who come to visit together to adjust their itinerary. The small hall is crowded with people at once.

To tell the truth, I know very little about the ancient Bashu civilization except for my previous concern about the excavation of Sanxingdui site. In my impression, I only have a little memory of the legendary story of Romance of the Three Kingdoms through literary works and film and television dramas. And that is already the "Shu Han" of later generations, which is far from the ancient Shu civilization revealed by Sanxingdui.

Compared with many ancient civilizations of the same period or later, Shu in the southwest also has masterpieces of timeless streamers. For example, the tall bronze statue of this standing person gives a very shocking visual impact. Its facial features are not only the same as those of the later giant bronze mask, but also its upper right and lower left arm movements are guesses, which cannot be verified. And these bronzes, which can be inferred as sacrificial supplies, are amazing in size.

Imagine that only a kingdom with strong politics, military affairs, economy and culture will attach so much importance to etiquette norms and show the strength of the country. This "ostentation and extravagance" and "showmanship" were followed by Qin Huang Hanwu and Tang Zong Songzu. I don't know what this coincidence is called in the professional research of history and culture. It seems that those talented emperors and princes all have the arrogant desire to build buildings and cities or cast artifacts at their peak, thus leaving countless miracle resorts for future generations to visit and explore.

I don't know whether it is appropriate to use "totem" to describe these bronze figures (masks) with exaggerated eyes and ears and extraordinary nose and mouth. In short, the unearthed bronze masks of various sizes have the same facial expressions. It can be seen that the Shu people at that time obeyed and worshipped the bronze mask and mastered the bronze casting process.

In addition to the above-mentioned large-scale objects renowned at home and abroad, there are some very rare and unique creations. When I saw this bronze sun gear like a five-spoke hub and steering wheel, I was not surprised by the ancient people's reverence for the god of the sun. I doubt whether the wise ancient people foresaw the development of modern automobile industry. And what is the purpose of this wheeled appliance? I don't think there is necessarily a very convincing argument. Next, this incomplete bronze portrait of a bird's foot adopts a clever combination of human body and bird's foot, which is beautifully decorated and meticulously carved, which can be described as excellent artistic conception and profound meaning.

The epic in the exhibition hall is long, and the sun is shining outside the exhibition hall. Sanxingdui's half-day trip can only be regarded as a shallow taste. If it's not crowded, if you don't come back soon, you must look carefully, listen slowly and think seriously.

Sleeping for three thousand years, waking up is shocking. We are lucky enough to meet, so we should be satisfied. But to seek a new reappearance, and fate will come again.
