When we get more than 1000 yuan a month, should other employees get more than 5,000 yuan a month? Why is the salary increase of civil servants not bad?
Our workload is not in direct proportion to the income we get. Ironically, every year, years ago, we will receive a notice from our superiors to check whether the employers within our jurisdiction are in arrears with the wages of migrant workers. To tell the truth, this 793 yuan is not paid at a fixed time every month, and it will always be delayed for a few days or even half a month. Our treatment is not as good as migrant workers. There is still room for migrant workers to reflect. What about us? Since 2005, new contents have been added to our work every year. At the beginning of the year (March-May each year), enterprise retirees' pension qualification certification will be carried out. Most veteran comrades understand this certification work, and will actively cooperate with our work to receive the annual certification at the community social security workstation within the specified time. However, the end time of this work often lasts until July or even August. This work was originally the work of the district labor inspection brigade, and it was gradually assigned to us in 2008. This year is particularly detailed. Large enterprises with 10 or above also need to provide written materials. At the beginning of April, each community carried out self-inspection of enterprises within its jurisdiction, distributed information, counted various labor security-related figures, and urged enterprises to rectify within the specified time. This work lasted for 20 years. It can be said that we hardly have a complete holiday after the Spring Festival. Every Saturday and Sunday, the Social Security Department of Wenfeng Office will inform us to work overtime because of some work.
According to the document of Yingzhou Social Security Bureau in 2008, those who paid the medical expenses of urban residents continuously in 2008 and 2009 and had no medical expenses during this period can enjoy a free medical examination. Finally, according to statistics, there are about 400 people in each community. These 400 people must be notified in place within the specified time and enjoy the policy. The simplest and most effective way is to call, and all we get is a lot of lists. We don't even have an address, let alone a telephone number. We can only dig out the manual books from two years ago and check them one by one. It is conceivable that two years have passed and a lot of information has changed. It's been two weeks since we found the number, called them and got the notice of free medical examination. In the meantime, someone came to look for it. Call them again within one week after the physical examination and get the physical examination report. Every resident who has a physical examination should come to the community at least twice a month. So far, the physical examination has not been completely finished.

As the staff of labor security, the labor security assistants in our community are responsible for the employment of all kinds of laid-off workers and college graduates, free job introduction, recommendation of small secured loans, and preliminary examination of various employment support policies, which is also their daily work. Our work is not just sitting in the office, but mostly home visits. The above work takes up too much working time, so we have to sacrifice our spare time to do it, and these overtime hours have never been paid. Originally, the salary was not high, and I had to take up my own time. We are not afraid of work, but feel that it is not worth the loss and there is no return!
At the end of June this year, in order to get the first batch of residents' old-age insurance pilots, Yingzhou District asked all communities to count the ID number, employment situation, old-age insurance payment and parents' ID number of all residents in the area by households, and all communities only gave 10- 12 statisticians, which means that there must be 50 12 people in the sixth population census within ten days. The degree and difficulty can be seen! All the residents here include registered, hungry babies in their arms, as well as elderly people who are too old, including national civil servants, teachers, doctors, workers, retirees from enterprises and institutions, unemployed people in society, students and so on. Even so, nearly 10,000 pieces of personnel information in each community need to be entered one by one, so as to complete the summary work and deal with daily work.
In full swing in July, we have three most urgent tasks to perform: 1. The entry of residents' endowment insurance database is stipulated to be completed on July 10; 2. The subdistrict office is our leader, and they arrange a lot of work directly. District People's Social Security Bureau and Employment Bureau are our leaders. We have to listen to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau! The work was assigned to us in the same way. When every job is completed, we tentatively ask them if they can raise their wages, and the leaders at all levels above will be very helpless!
The former director of Fuyang Social Security Bureau once said: The salary composition of community labor security coordinators is more complicated. Part of it is subsidized by the provincial social security department, and the other part comes from the municipal finance and district finance. My legs are getting thin because you rose from 400 yuan to 793 yuan last time!
We don't think that the problem of raising wages and benefits can be solved by an office or a district.
