The default printer in WPS needs to be set up in the computer's devices and printers. Here we take setting up a computer with Windows 7 system as an example. The steps are as follows :

1. First, click the windows icon at the bottom of the page on the main interface of the computer desktop.

2. Then click Devices and Printers in the pop-up operation interface.

3. After finally entering the printer operation page, select the default printer you want to set, then right-click the mouse and click Set as Default Printer on the pop-up page.

Step one: Connect the printer to the host, turn on the printer, go to the "Printers and Faxes" folder through the host's "Control Panel", and click Right-click the mouse and select the "Add Printer" command to open the Add Printer Wizard window.
