Why is Fengtai Science Park called the headquarters base?

This area is called the headquarters base because it is one of the earliest "one area and three parks" in Zhongguancun.

Supported by two leading industrial clusters, namely rail transit and aerospace, this zone is a national demonstration base for mass entrepreneurship and innovation in the State Council, and its total output, per capita output rate and per capita output rate are in the forefront of the demonstration zone.
