According to the announcements of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China (No.172, No.20 17) and the Hubei Provincial Department of Justice (No.1 20 17), the relevant matters of the national judicial examination in our city are hereby announced as follows.

I. Registration

(1) Registration conditions

1. Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the national judicial examination:

(1) has China nationality;

(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;

(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(4) a bachelor's degree in law from an institution of higher learning or a bachelor's degree in illegal studies from an institution of higher learning with legal expertise;

"Institutions of higher learning" refers to universities, independent colleges and junior colleges, including higher vocational and technical schools and adult colleges. (Article 68 of the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC))

(5) Good conduct.

According to the relevant provisions of the state, Xiaochang County and Dawu County in our city can relax their registration qualifications to a junior college degree in law. The application for relaxing the registration qualification is based on the applicant's household registration at the time of registration. If the household registration is in a place where the registration qualification is relaxed at the time of registration, you can apply for relaxing the policy.

20 18 undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities can register for the national judicial examination.

"Ordinary institutions of higher learning" refers to institutions of higher learning established in accordance with the law and approved by the education administrative department of the State Council to hold full-time undergraduate-level ordinary higher education, including full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and independent colleges. (Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC))

"20 18 undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities" refers to the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in the 20th18th session who have passed the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and must meet the following three conditions at the same time: full-time undergraduate students of ordinary colleges and universities and independent colleges who took the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities and graduated in the 20th18th session.

Applicants for academic degree certificates from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements for academic qualifications can apply for the national judicial examination.

2. Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national judicial examination. If they have gone through the registration formalities, the registration is invalid:

(1) has received criminal punishment for intentional crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;

(3) Being sentenced to two years' imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination, or being sentenced to life imprisonment and not allowed to register for the national judicial examination;

(4) Providing false certification materials or obtaining registration by other means.

3. Persons who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificate and Class B legal professional qualification certificate, but have not yet obtained the bachelor's degree or above in institutions of higher learning, may not sign up for the national judicial examination again.

(2) Registration method, time and process

1. Registration method.

20 17 National Judicial Examination will be registered online. Candidates fill in personal information, upload photos, pay examination fees and download and print admission tickets online.

2. Registration time.

20 17 the registration time for the national judicial examination is from June 15 to July 4. Applicants should log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice () within the prescribed time limit and register online according to the requirements, processes and steps of online registration. Do not make overdue reports.

3. Registration process.

Anyone who signs up for the 20 17 national judicial examination in our city shall follow the following registration process:

(1) Read the registration announcement, registration instructions, registration conditions and registration process.

After entering the registration website, applicants should carefully read the Instructions for Filling in the Form, Registration Conditions and Registration Process, understand the registration policies and specific requirements, and fill in personal information truthfully and accurately.

(2) Fill in personal information and promise to confirm the information.

After entering the information filling procedure, the applicant shall fill in the personal information truly and accurately, confirm the information and make a true and effective commitment. At the same time, relevant certification materials shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the judicial administrative organ. Providing false certification materials or defrauding registration by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Judicial Examination.

Applicants must keep in mind the password when filling in information online. The password will be used for registration information inquiry, information modification, uploading photos, online payment, downloading and printing admission tickets and notifying test results.

(3) upload electronic photos.

Applicants should upload their photos (width of 4 13 pixels × height of 626 pixels) of electronic documents in color (blue, red and white background only) in front, bareheaded and without makeup in the past three months according to the prescribed format requirements and the tips of the registration system. The photos should be clear and complete, showing the collar, eyebrows, ears and shoulders, not wearing accessories, and not uploading full-length photos, half-length photos and scenic photos. This photo will be the only photo of my admission ticket, notice of examination results, application form for granting legal professional qualification and legal professional qualification certificate.

Anyone who uploads photos that do not meet the specified requirements and fails to update them in time will not be able to complete the registration.

This year, the city continued to use the examination safety management system to check the admission through portrait collection and comparison. Applicants should upload electronic photos in strict accordance with the requirements, so as not to affect the admission and examination.

(4) Pay the examination fee online.

Online payment for the national judicial examination on October 7, 20/KLOC in our city, with an examination fee of 269 yuan. When registering online, applicants should carefully read the online payment guide and prompt information, use a bank card with online payment function, and pay the examination fee according to the online designated account. Registration can only be completed after successful payment.

The deadline for online payment is July 9. After the examination fee is paid successfully, the applicant shall not change the registration place.

Applicants who need formal invoices can register with the judicial administrative organ at the place of registration with their registration card and ID card. The registration time is July 24th to 3rd, 20 17 (working days only), and the collection time is September 9th to 20th, 20 17+00 (working days only).

(5) Download and print the admission ticket online.

Anyone who has registered in our city can log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice to download and print the admission ticket (color, black and white) within the time specified by the Ministry of Justice (September 1 day to September 15) after successful online registration. The printed admission ticket must be clear and can accurately identify facial features and related information. Candidates take the exam with the admission ticket and valid resident ID card.

Eligible applicants who cannot complete online registration or print the admission ticket by themselves due to insufficient network communication conditions or their own inability to operate can go to the National Judicial Examination Office of Xiaogan Municipal Bureau of Justice within the specified time.

Servicemen who meet the prescribed registration conditions shall register through the political work network of the whole army within the prescribed time limit, and the relevant work shall be organized and implemented by the judicial administrative department of the army.

(3) Application materials

The applicant shall have the following materials when registering:

1. Valid ID card.

2. Graduation certificate.

The graduation certificate should be available for inquiry or certification on the website of the National College Students' Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center.

Those who apply for a diploma from Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan Province Province or foreign institutions of higher learning must hold a diploma from the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

3. To apply for relaxing the policy, you must have a local household registration that relaxes the registration qualification. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the first page and my page of the household registration book. The content of the photo should be clear and complete. Applicants should fill in their personal information truthfully and accurately, and make a true and effective commitment to the registration information. (1) Examination time

The national judicial examination implements a national unified proposition. The outline of the 20 17 national judicial examination formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice is the basis of the proposition.

The contents of the national judicial examination include: theoretical law, applied law, current legal provisions, legal practice and legal professional ethics.

The exam is divided into four volumes, each volume 150, with a total score of 600. Test paper 1, test paper 2 and test paper 3 are machine-readable multiple-choice questions, and test paper 4 is written case analysis, legal documents and discussion questions. The theme of each volume is:

Test paper 1: Comprehensive knowledge. Including: Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, legal history, constitution, economic law, international law, private international law, international economic law, judicial system and legal professional ethics;

Examination Paper 2: Criminal and Administrative Legal System. Including: criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law;

Examination paper 3: Civil and commercial legal system. Including: civil law, commercial law and civil procedure law (including arbitration system);

Test paper 4: case analysis, legal documents and discussion. Including Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theory of rule of law, jurisprudence, constitution, judicial system and legal professional ethics, administrative law and administrative procedure law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil law, commercial law and civil procedure law.

20 17 National Judicial Examination adopts closed-book written examination.

(3) Examination requirements and discipline

Candidates are required to take the exam with the admission ticket and valid identity documents. Candidates should refer to it in good faith, carefully read the Examination Rules of the National Judicial Examination and the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Judicial Examination, consciously abide by the examination discipline and consciously maintain the order of the examination room. This year, our city will continue to use the examination room security system. Set up a security channel at the entrance of the test center, scan the reference personnel's admission ticket, identify the valid resident ID card, and take photos on the spot for face recognition and comparison. Before each exam, please consciously cooperate with the staff to enter the venue in an orderly manner. In order to avoid security congestion and ensure that candidates enter the examination room on time, it is recommended that candidates arrive at the test center 40 minutes in advance to take the exam.

(4) Objection to the reference answers to the questions.

The Ministry of Justice announced the examination questions to the public at 8: 00 am on September 18, and the reference answers to the examination questions were announced at 20: 00 pm on September 2 1 Sunday. Anyone who disagrees with the reference answers of the test questions can log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice from 20: 00 on September 26th to 24: 00 on September 25th, and put forward opinions and explain the reasons in the "20 17 National Judicial Examination Reference Answers Objection Zone". The Ministry of Justice organized a special person to summarize the situation, collate opinions, and submit the research and demonstration of the "Expert Group for Examination Questions Reference Answer Review". The reference answer demonstrated by the "Expert Group for Examination Questions Reference Answer Review" is the basis of the examination paper.

Third, examination results and qualification awards

The national judicial examination shall be marked uniformly throughout the country.

According to the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination, the passing score of the 20 17 National Judicial Examination was determined by the Ministry of Justice in consultation with the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. 165438+1In late October, the National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice announced the examination results. Candidates print the notice of test results on the website of the Ministry of Justice.

Those who pass the national judicial examination and meet the qualification requirements after examination shall be granted legal professional qualifications by the Ministry of Justice and issued legal professional qualification certificates. The application for granting legal professional qualifications and the issuance of certificates will be notified separately.

The scope of application and management of the legal professional qualification certificate shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Fourth, others.

Matters related to the registration of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province residents to participate in the national judicial examination shall be announced separately by the National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice. Applicants can log on to the website of the Ministry of Justice for enquiries.

Matters related to the registration of servicemen in the national judicial examination shall be handled in accordance with the relevant notice requirements of the Ministry of Justice and the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission.

The Outline of National Judicial Examination 20 17, which was formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice, can be used as the basis for candidates to prepare for the exam.
