I. Scope of Recruitment

Unemployed college graduates who meet the recruitment requirements in 2006, 2007 and 2008 can relax the professional shortage for two years.

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: July 2008 16, 8: 30 am-165438+ 0: 00 pm, 65438+0: 30-5: 00 pm.

2. Registration place: Jiangyin Education Talent Service Center (in the Teacher Training School: 18 Huancheng East Road), and the registration telephone number is 8686 1257 (usually).

3. Applicants who meet the recruitment requirements should fill in the application form (which can be downloaded from the Internet) and bring the original and photocopy of the following documents 1 copy:

(1) ID card;

(2) Graduate employment recommendation form and registration card;

(3) Three recent bareheaded 1 inch photos;

(4) graduation certificate;

(5) This announcement and other relevant certificates and certification materials required for the recruitment position.

On July 22nd, those who passed the preliminary qualification examination will get the written test admission ticket with their ID cards and registration receipt at Jiangyin Education Talent Service Center (in the teacher training school: Huancheng East Road 18).

4. Registration fee: charged according to the standard approved by the Price Bureau (registration fee 150 yuan/person).

(2) Examination and employment

1. The examination is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and consists of written examination and interview.

2. The content of the written test is the theory of education and teaching (pedagogy and psychology). The total written test score is 100, and pedagogy and psychology account for 50% in principle. The reference books are Educational Psychology Examination Outline (Middle School Volume) and Pedagogy Examination Outline (Middle School Volume) published by Beijing Normal University Press. Those who pass the written test score (the passing line is 60 points) will enter the interview according to the ratio of high score to low score and the number of recruitment positions 1: 3. Those who have obtained the teacher qualification certificate or the qualification certificate of pedagogy and psychology issued by the Jiangsu teacher qualification accreditation institution are exempted from written examination and directly enter the interview. 3. Interview: the interview form is mainly lectures, and the contents of the lectures are determined according to the applied majors. The interview time, place and rules are shown in the interview admission ticket, and will be given up automatically after the deadline.

4. Employment: those who pass the interview (the qualification line is 60 points) will be selected according to the interview results from high to low, and according to the recruitment position, the candidates will be selected according to the ratio of 1: 1, and physical examination and political review will be conducted. Those who pass the medical examination and political examination shall sign the employment agreement according to the regulations.

5. Physical examination and political examination: Physical examination and political examination are organized by the Municipal Education Bureau. The physical examination standard refers to the national civil service recruitment physical examination standard of Jiangsu Province. The medical examination fee is self-care. The standards for political examination shall be implemented with reference to the Provisions on Political Examination for Employment of Public Institutions.

6. Examination and employment: The person to be employed shall sign an employment agreement with the employer with the employment notice, employment agreement, employment recommendation form for graduates, filing form and other relevant supporting materials.
