I. Scope of Recruitment

Four. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

(2) Examination and employment

1. The examination is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and consists of written examination and interview.

2. The content of the written test is the theory of education and teaching (pedagogy and psychology). The total written test score is 100, and pedagogy and psychology account for 50% in principle. The reference books are Educational Psychology Examination Outline (Middle School Volume) and Pedagogy Examination Outline (Middle School Volume) published by Beijing Normal University Press. Those who pass the written test score (the passing line is 60 points) will enter the interview according to the ratio of high score to low score and the number of recruitment positions 1: 3. 3. Interview: the interview form is mainly lectures, and the contents of the lectures are determined according to the applied majors. The interview time, place and rules are shown in the interview admission ticket, and will be given up automatically after the deadline.

4. Employment: those who pass the interview (the qualification line is 60 points) will be selected according to the interview results from high to low, and according to the recruitment position, the candidates will be selected according to the ratio of 1: 1, and physical examination and political review will be conducted. Those who pass the medical examination and political examination shall sign the employment agreement according to the regulations.

5. Physical examination and political examination: Physical examination and political examination are organized by the Municipal Education Bureau. The physical examination standard refers to the national civil service recruitment physical examination standard of Jiangsu Province. The medical examination fee is self-care. The standards for political examination shall be implemented with reference to the Provisions on Political Examination for Employment of Public Institutions.

6.
