For those fresh graduates, education is more important than ability.

First of all, some recruiting units are very strict when recruiting students, and have higher requirements for academic qualifications. If you don't have a bachelor's degree, hand in your resume and people won't read it. There are always some people in life who advocate the futility of learning. I also believe that there are some people with low academic qualifications in life who can still achieve great success. There are people with high academic qualifications in life, and they will accomplish nothing in the end. But education brings not only achievements, but also connotations. Moreover, in the highly educated population, the probability of success is definitely higher. We can't use an example to measure whether learning is useful or not. If you don't have a degree, you can't open that door at all.

Secondly, a bachelor's degree from a famous university is really useful. Students who can enter famous universities are one in a million. We can look at those successful people in society, many of whom graduated from famous universities. Being able to enter a famous university shows that you have such potential. Whether you can have this ability depends on your later efforts. If you are not admitted to an undergraduate university, how can you prove that you are capable?

Education and ability are not in conflict. Don't believe this statement, people with high academic qualifications can't do it. Facts have proved that people who can often obtain high academic qualifications have excellent abilities. Students who can enter famous universities will not slack off in universities. On the other hand, those who can't get into college will live a life of muddling along.
