Looking for a job in other places, please help.
Ten years after graduation, I have traveled all over the country, and ordinary undergraduate and junior college graduates are suitable for work. I use my own experience for your reference. First of all, don't bring too much salute. It is best to wear two sets of clothes, one set of sheets, one set of sheets and one set of casual clothes for the interview. Because the weather is hot, it is enough to buy a straw mat at the destination 10 yuan. When looking for a job, you need to buy a zippered resume folder with 3 yuan instead of a luxurious briefcase. If you can't find a job, you will spend more than half of your money. It is cheaper to buy resumes outside the talent market, ranging from one yuan to six to ten copies, and it is also cheaper to copy them. Not on these streets. It's more expensive. If you have been looking for a job for more than one and a half months and don't have much money left, you can only work as an employee in a factory, but you can only use a high school or technical secondary school diploma for the interview. If your education is too high, others will not take it. One more thing, regular factories should have physical examinations, and there should be no AIDS, hepatitis B, tuberculosis or hypertension.
Scheme 1: Jiangsu (Kunshan, Suzhou and Taicang)
Kunshan and Taicang are under the jurisdiction of Suzhou. The number of factories is second only to Dongguan, Foshan and Shenzhen, but the scale, management and efficiency rank first in China. The salary of ordinary employees is1400-2,200 yuan, and the salary of employees is1600-3,000 yuan, with high management and technology. Factories/companies usually strictly enforce labor laws.
1. The factory/company will buy you social security. Get a medical card in 600 yuan every year, and you can buy medicine in any online pharmacy in this city.
2. Overtime at ordinary times is 65438+ 0.5 times the normal salary, working on Saturday and Sunday is twice the normal salary, and working on holidays is three times the normal salary;
3. After working continuously in this city for 13 years (of course, you can change jobs), you can receive the retirement salary issued by the state (the average salary of the local society) after reaching the retirement age.
4. The industrial areas in cities and towns have beautiful environment, and the roads are all green, like the garden design of parks. In many companies, factories are completely separated from houses and canteens. Foreign-funded electronics factories have shuttle buses to work, which generally include room and board, and those that are not included will be subsidized.
Don't think that the factories in the city are better than those in the city. Most good factories are in the industrial area of the town. Consumption near the factory is also lower than that in the city.
6. After you arrive in Kunshan, there is a bus stop in front of the long-distance bus station. Take a bus to a town near the city. Because renting a house is convenient and cheap, the rent is generally around 300 yuan, but it usually takes half an hour to an hour to go to the city for an interview by car. Generally, 600 yuan arrives in the urban area at 300 January, and Bailu South Road is at the entrance of the long-distance bus station. Go north from the overpass, cross the river and get off the bridge. Both sides are factory living areas, and you can rent a house. Generally, it is not suitable for you for half a year. You can only look at the brand and ask around in the shop. Shopkeepers generally have houses for rent, which can only be calculated by the day, and it is best to rent them for half a month. If you can live in the garage, you can rent it for half a month. There are fast food restaurants in the community, usually around 8 yuan. When you want to interview, just walk to the talent market before 9: 00 (it's best to go in half an hour in advance, there are many people, so go in early to read the information)
7. Have courage when interviewing in the talent market. You should invest in about five companies at a time. Usually after reading your resume, you will be asked to sit down. You should say thank you. The other party will pay attention to your appearance, reaction and expression while asking, and reply you to attend the second interview on the spot, giving you an interview notice with the address and phone number on it. You may be admitted after the second interview. If it is a management position, you can also participate in the second interview. Individual companies don't have interview sheets. If you want to wait for a call, I will usually give you a reply within a week. You should write down the name, address and contact number of the recruiting unit, otherwise you won't know who is calling.
8. The talent market in Kunshan City is next to the long-distance bus station, which is also convenient for job seekers from other places. Tickets are 5 yuan, open every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the largest number of recruiting units on Saturday and Sunday. The talent market is on the first floor, and the second and third floors are intermediaries. It's formal, and there is a charge. Generally, people with low academic qualifications go to 100 300 yuan to look for jobs. Many houses are also near privately run humble institutions, which are usually successful. I don't recommend you to go to such an institution. Strangers will cheat strangers and the service will be worse. If you want to change your job, they may not be willing to give you a full refund.
9, temporary residence permit 1 to 5 yuan/year, generally in the local police station, you can do it after entering the factory, and some factories will help you.
10. If you and your girlfriend both work there, the factory had better not be more than half an hour away. If you want to buy a house, the factory will give you a salary certificate. You can make a down payment of 6- 15 in the bank there, and pay in installments 10, 15, 20 years or 30 years for your choice, and only deduct 700 every month. Houses in the town are generally 200,000-280,000. The construction and planning of every town here is more beautiful and prosperous than our inland urban areas.
Although Suzhou is a prefecture-level city, it is more expensive to live and rent, and the number of factories and jobs is not more than that of Kunshan.
Taicang City is under construction, and its industrialization scale is only 1/3 of Kunshan. Life is cheaper, the environment is better, there are fewer factories, there is no special talent market, only free labor and employment service centers. Renting a house in the village costs only 80 yuan a month to 150 yuan.
Other cities in Jiangsu are even worse. Changshu, Changzhou, Yangzhou and Zhangjiagang have fewer factories and too few employment opportunities.
Kunshan and Taicang are small in size, but in China Economic Development Zone, the planning is first-class, and they are ideal cities for working. On weekends, take a digital camera, ride a bike or an electric car with your girlfriend and stroll along the green avenue, which will have a different flavor. There is another purpose for strolling at ordinary times. In some factories, employees advertise in front of the factory. If you want to change jobs, you don't have to apply in the talent market.
Scheme 2: The salary of ordinary employees in Guangdong (Dongguan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen) is 1200- 1800 yuan; Employee salary 1500-2000 yuan.
Dongguan has the largest number of factories in the country, and there are many private houses in villages in the town, so it is more convenient to rent a house. It usually takes one month from 150 to 250 yuan. I suggest you stay in Liu Wu Village, Shijie Town, Dongguan. House 150 to 180 yuan for one month, deposit 50 to 100 yuan. I'll pay you back when you leave. Fast food usually arrives in 8 yuan at 6 o'clock. There is a bus to the city, and it takes about 40 minutes to get to the talent market. In addition to the special formal foreign-funded factories in Dongguan, overtime pay generally does not conform to the labor law, and it is not easy to calculate with double pay on Saturday and Sunday. Overtime is a lot, and employees are no exception. When busy, 80% of the factories will work overtime beyond 10: 30 in the evening. Town planning is chaotic, factories, dormitories and canteens are all in the same factory area, and the air, bath sound and greening outside are very poor. Small processing plants with three or five people can be seen everywhere in the facade room on the street. There are many incidents such as poor public security, killing people and robbing wallets and mobile phones, and it is not safe to walk at night. The temporary residence permit is 67 yuan a year, sometimes the security team will check it and there is no fine.
Guangzhou and Shenzhen are too expensive. If you don't have any special advantages, I suggest you not go. Renting a house is too expensive. Shenzhen fast food 10 to 15 yuan, the rent is around 600 yuan, so it may not be available. If you must go, you can only camp in the town.
You can also go to Zhongshan, Foshan, Guangdong, which is a little worse than Jiangmen, Huizhou, Shantou and Zhuhai in Dongguan, with fewer factories. People who haven't been there just listen to the names and don't know the real situation.
Option 3: Never been to Zhejiang (Ningbo, Hangzhou). I heard that it is similar to Jiangsu, with similar housing and life and fewer factories.
No matter which scheme you choose, you should bring 3000 yuan in cash or card. If you are frugal, you will spend about 1200 to1500,3000 yuan on rent, accommodation, telephone, interview and living every month to find a job for two months. After finding a job, your salary will generally decrease 10 to 30 days (that is, the salary of the current month will be next month).
I graduated in 1998 and lived in Dongguan for 3 years, Shenzhen for 2 years, Guangzhou for 2 years, Shanghai 1 year, Kunshan for 2 years and Taicang 1 year.
I suggest you go to Kunshan. Believe me, as a complete stranger, why should I write so much to you? I think it takes time to sum up experience. I walked out of school like you, and I was not assigned a job. At the same time, I am full of passion and hesitation. I took many detours and saw your problem. It's like returning to the hot summer of 1998. A man took a map and a simple salute, carrying his parents' 600 yuan soybean money, and set foot on the South Locomotive to Dongguan from Hankou Railway Station.
