Second, the scope of implementation

In-service frontline teachers who teach outside the district meet one of the following conditions:

Third, the basic conditions

(a) transferring personnel should meet the following conditions:

1. First-line teachers who have been openly recruited and on the job;

2. Bachelor degree or above in general higher education and teacher qualification certificate with corresponding years;

3. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post, and be no more than 35 years old (1987 1 born later);

4. Excellent moral character, no violations of law and discipline;

5. Voluntary acceptance of work arrangement and job adjustment.

2. If the spouse is an on-the-job employee of a public institution in Fengquan District, he/she must provide his/her ID card and household registration book, his/her teacher qualification certificate, professional title certificate, marriage certificate, the original diploma (with a copy), the Application Form for Selecting and Transferring Excellent Teachers to Teach in Fengquan District in 2022 (in quadruplicate), the actual performance certificate of the unit (with the official seal of the unit and the competent department) and the spouse issued by the spouse's work unit.

3. The senior executives of enterprises above designated size in Fengquan District or the immediate family members of high-level talents working in scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Fengquan District shall provide their ID card, household registration book, teacher qualification certificate, professional title certificate, original academic certificate (with copies attached), application form for selecting and transferring outstanding teachers to teach in Fengquan District in 2022 (in quadruplicate) and the actual performance certification materials of their units (with the official seals of the units and competent departments required), and attach them.

(3) Qualification examination

The office of the leading group shall examine the qualifications of the materials submitted by the applicant. The qualification examination of transferred teachers runs through the whole process. The relevant materials provided by the applicant must be true and effective. Where it is found that the applicants do not meet the required qualifications, practise fraud or violate the relevant provisions, once found, they will be disqualified from participating in the adjustment, and the candidates who have been adjusted will be immediately retired, and if the circumstances are serious, they will be handed over to the relevant departments for handling.

(4) Interview physical examination

The interview of qualified personnel is divided into two parts: trial lecture and defense, which lasts for 15 minutes, focusing on the educational theory level, work ability and business performance of the selected personnel.
