Tongzhou District Library Certificate Application Instructions

1. Both Chinese citizens and foreigners can apply. Children under 13 years old please apply for a children's card. Please bring your valid documents (ID card, household register, military ID card, driver's license, residence permit, foreign passport, Hong Kong and Macao ID card, Taiwan compatriot ID card) to apply for a reader's card for free.

2. Readers holding second-generation ID cards can apply for a reader's card through a self-service card application machine or a self-service library service machine.

3. Readers with other valid IDs should go to the main service desk in the lobby on the first floor to apply manually. Readers must fill in the "Reader's Card Application Form".

4. Military personnel, disabled people, senior citizens over 60 years old (inclusive), and minors over 13 years old (inclusive) can apply for discount certificates at the main service desk with valid documents.

5. You can borrow the card with the card on the day you apply for the card. The card cannot be returned or changed on the same day.
