What are the jobs of pharmaceutical workers in fermentation engineering?

(1) Use batching tanks or other containers, delivery pumps and other equipment or appliances to prepare the culture medium required for the process;

(2) Sterilize the culture medium, compressed air or other materials, equipment and utensils. Use a disinfection pot or a disinfection cabinet;

(3) adopting a microbial method to cultivate and prepare production strains at all levels, rejuvenating and breeding high-quality and high-yield production strains;

(4) operating fermentation equipment, controlling instruments and meters, and properly adjusting fermentation process conditions according to fermentation metabolic indexes to complete the fermentation process;

(5) adding tool enzymes and intermediates, controlling process conditions, and completing the enzymatic hydrolysis and transformation process of antibiotics;

(6) carrying out solid-liquid separation on the fermentation liquid or the leaching liquid by using solid-liquid separation equipment;

(7) extracting and purifying effective pharmaceutical ingredients with solvents, exchange resins and the like;

(8) refining drugs by sterilization, filtration, crystallization and drying;

(9) packaging the raw materials in a special container according to the specified amount with a weighing instrument;

(10) Preparation of process water meeting the production standards of APIs.
