According to Henan Provincial officials, the Henan Provincial Public Security Department? Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security? Henan Provincial Department of Finance issued the "Henan Provincial Public Security Bureau Police Auxiliary Personnel Recruitment Management Measures"

Article 7: The recruitment plan for auxiliary police officers shall be formulated by the recruitment organization unit. The main contents of the recruitment plan shall include:

(1) The name of the recruitment unit, the nature of funds, and wages and benefits; (2) Recruitment position name, category, requirements, quantity; (3) Recruitment target and applicant qualifications;

(4) Registration method, registration time, registration location, required submissions

Materials;

(5) Examination method, examination time, content (or subjects), examination score calculation method and announcement time and method;

(6) Physical examination and inspection Requirements; (7) Announcement and announcement methods of recruitment results, and hotline for reports or complaints; 75x

(8) Employment methods;

(9) Other circumstances that need to be explained.

Recruitment plans, labor contract templates, etc. should be reported to the provincial people’s government public security agency
