Due to work needs, after research, it was decided to conduct public examinations and transfer a group of staff from public institutions in Ya'an City.
The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Transfer positions and conditions
(1) Transfer positions and quotas
There are 15 staff members of public institutions in the Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone through public examination.
For specific positions and application requirements, please refer to the "Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone 2023 Open Examination and Recruitment of Staff Positions in Public Institutions" (Attachment 1).
(2) Examination objects and scope
On-the-job personnel of government agencies and institutions in Ya'an City, other than workers, who meet the examination and transfer conditions and job requirements of this announcement.
(3) Qualifications and conditions for examination
1. Good political and ideological quality, good conduct, law-abiding, dedicated to work, hard-working, strong sense of professionalism and Sense of responsibility;
2. Have a bachelor's degree or above, age 35 or below (born after March 13, 1987); have a master's degree or above or hold a department-level leadership position or an intermediate-level position or above If qualified, the age can be relaxed to 40 years old (born after March 13, 1982); the working years, work experience and other time requirements for the transfer position will be calculated until March 13, 2023;
3. Must have the status of civil servants, public servants or professional management and professional personnel; in-service personnel who have officially entered the work of state agencies or fully-funded public institutions before March 13, 2023, and whose annual assessment results in the past three years have been competent (qualified) ) and above;
4. Have the working ability, physical condition and working experience required for the open position;
5. Other qualifications that comply with laws, regulations and job requirements Qualification conditions;

2. Examination methods and procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration time.
March 13, 2023 to March 28, 2023.
2. Registration method.
Choose one of on-site registration or online registration.
On-site registration address: Room 1807, Building 1, Economic Development Zone Entrepreneurship Incubator Park, No. 11 Binhe East Road, Mingshan District, Ya'an City (Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone Party and Mass Work Department).
Online registration: Scan and package the relevant information and send it to 3565528873@qq.com. The email title and compressed package name are in the unified format of "name + application position code".
3. Registration materials: 1 copy of "Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone 2023 Public Examination and Registration Form for Public Institution Staff" (see attachment 2), civil servants (official staff) and public service personnel recruitment Documents: originals, copies or electronic scans of personal identity card, academic degree certificates, work experience and work performance certification materials.
(2) Qualification review
The qualification review is organized and implemented by the Party and Mass Work Department of the Economic Development Zone.
Qualification review runs through the entire examination and transfer process. If in any link it is found that the applicant does not meet the application conditions for the transfer position or the information filled in is inconsistent with the actual situation or the truth is concealed, the qualification review unit can cancel the application. Their qualifications to enter the next examination and adjustment link or their qualifications for examination and adjustment.
(3) Examination
Applicants for positions 2302 and 2306 will take a written test + interview. The score calculation method is: total test score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%.
For other positions, if the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment places reaches 15:1 or above, a written test will be conducted before the interview. If the ratio is not met, only an interview will be conducted.
1. Written test.
The written examination mainly tests policy theory and comprehensive manuscript writing skills.
The written test scores will be calculated on a percentage basis. The time and location of the written test will be notified later.
2. Interview.
The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview (comprehensive questions + professional ability test).
Interview scores are calculated on a percentage scale.
For those who apply for a position with a written test, after the written test, the candidates who participated in the written test will be selected from the highest score to the lowest score in the ratio of 3:1 to determine the interview candidates. Enter the interview; if the ratio of written test candidates does not reach 3:1, the interview will be organized according to the actual ratio.
If you apply for other positions, you can be interviewed if there is a difference.
If there is no difference, the examination plan will be reduced or cancelled.
The passing score for this interview is 70 points.
Those whose scores are lower than the passing score for the interview will not be allowed to enter the subsequent examination and adjustment process.
The specific time and location of the interview will be notified later.
(4) Inspection
Inspection personnel will be determined in equal numbers according to the interview scores from high scores to low scores.
The focus of the inspection will be on the political performance, ability and quality, work performance, integrity and other aspects of the inspection object, and the opinions of relevant state agencies will also be solicited during the inspection.
The inspection mainly takes the form of individual conversations, democratic assessment, solicitation of opinions, review of files, and interviews with the inspection subjects.
After the inspection, the inspection team comprehensively reviewed the situation and put forward suggestions for use.
If the examination and transfer leading group considers that there is no suitable candidate, the examination and transfer plan may be cancelled.
(5) Physical examination
According to the examination results, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers and the physical examination will be organized.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment.
If you are unable to complete all physical examination items within the specified time due to personal reasons, you will be deemed to have given up automatically.
For vacancies that occur due to failure in the physical examination or personal abandonment, the examination and transfer leading group will determine whether to fill the vacancies.
(6) Public announcement and transfer
Study and determine the personnel to be transferred based on the examination and inspection situation and make public announcement. The public announcement period is 5 working days.
After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or the reported problems do not affect the transfer, the transfer procedures will be handled according to the procedures.
During the announcement period or after the announcement, any vacancies that occur due to candidates giving up or other reasons will be determined by the examination and adjustment leading group to determine whether to fill them.
After transfer, the position level will be determined according to the position being transferred.
3. Other matters
(1) Qualification review runs through the entire process of public examination and adjustment.
If at any stage it is discovered that an applicant does not meet the application requirements, his/her qualifications will be cancelled, and the applicant will be responsible for the consequences.
(2) Applicants should truthfully provide their contact number and keep it open. If the contact number provided by the applicant is incorrect or the phone number is not kept open, which affects his/her application, he/she shall be responsible for it.
