Why can't the punch work for a long time?

First, high risk.

Because stamping materials are stamped by pressure, this determines that stamping work is inherently dangerous. The principle of stamping equipment is mainly to control the operation of punching machine through clutch. If the hand of the punch does not leave the dangerous area of the punch during the operation, it will cause a very serious industrial accident. In the actual production and operation process, machine failure, switch failure, mold damage and so on may cause accidents. In the process of stamping operation, the stamping worker must maintain a good working condition and can't be distracted, talk or answer the phone. According to statistics, 80% of stamping accidents are caused by the inattention of stamping workers.

Second, the noise hazard

In the early working process of the punch press, the motor and gear will produce noise, especially in the blanking process, which is a huge noise unacceptable to the human body. At present, stamping workers generally wear earplugs, but their functions are very limited. Being in this working state for a long time can easily cause symptoms such as irritability, anxiety and nausea, and can also cause serious hearing damage.

Third, the technology content is low.

As we all know, stamping is a low-tech job. The technical point of stamping is the stamping die. Compared with the design of stamping die, simple stamping workers have almost no technical requirements. Basically, stamping is the lowest level in the machinery industry, which is very unacceptable psychologically for workers who are constantly seeking knowledge and working hard. Moreover, long-term engagement in stamping work is not very helpful for future job hunting and study.

Fourthly, the influence of age.

Stamping workers have strict requirements on people's attention and concentration. With the growth of age, people's concentration is declining, which will greatly increase the risk factors in work. Therefore, some factories have some age requirements when recruiting stamping workers.
