The venue is Shenzhen Gymnasium. This is a great job fair for fresh graduates, because my last senior brothers and sisters, including many friends this year, were finalized at this job fair. In fact, from the very beginning of looking for a job, I never thought about changing industries, and I don't know why. Maybe I'm still interested in what I want to do. Few people want to study optics, and there are only a few companies that come and go. I tried six companies in this double election.

The first one is AVIC. Actually, I still have a good impression on this company. After all, even good friends have worked in it, so Tianma, a subsidiary of AVIC, ranks first. I chose the R&D category. Capable mm let me introduce myself. I said something about myself, and I didn't feel particularly good. Then the resume was rejected because there was no corresponding photo. This incident tells us that the resume of a large job fair must have photos. Because if there is a photo, it can play a role of memory after the job fair.

Han's laser is my second choice. Mm asked me if I could design the laser light path with zemax. Although I have fiddled with the laser beam path, tuned the laser resonator, ground the end mirror of the resonator, and done many experiments related to laser, I have never designed the laser beam path with zemax. So I confess that although I am lenient, I don't have any special skills because I don't remember to describe the advantages of studying laser theory and laser physics for many years. So being bs is normal. Another Daniel I know got the interview notice on the spot. This incident tells us that we must think and sum up our own advantages and disadvantages before we can show them on the spot.

Last year, one of our brothers joined Onna, and of course he will join the company. Being asked about colorimetry by an uncle, dizzy. I clearly understood the basic principle, but my answer was wrong, and then I explained that I was self-taught. I asked if I knew about aberration, and I couldn't answer. If you know wave optics, I think it should be the wave theory of light, so I understand it. And then somehow it cracked. Depressed, it is estimated that the answer is not wonderful enough, so I was beaten by bs, and I don't know how to show many things about myself. After that, I met several classmates, all of whom were interviewed on the spot and went to the science park in the afternoon. This incident tells us that the recruiter plays Tai Chi, but you can't play Tai Chi. The words "understand" or "don't understand" are too simple. This answer is not enthusiasm, but ignorance. Avoid!

CLP Lighting, presumably related to lighting, requires men. However, the resume was accepted. This tells us that we must be thick-skinned.

Shenzhen BOE, the resume was rejected for inappropriate reasons. The research and development point of deep BOE is circuit, not optical path. This reason is acceptable, so I really hope I am in Beijing, so I can apply for Beijing BOE. This tells us that I am not suitable for Shenzhen BOE.

Foxconn is the last enterprise I invested in. Foxconn's manpower mm is quite a string, and it is very picky about my resume. For example, she said: Your courses are all theoretical courses, which are only suitable for universities and graduate schools. I am very angry. If all my courses are comparative theory, others' courses will be more theoretical. Moreover, the school does not engage in production, and most science majors are linked to theory. In this way, all science graduate students don't have to look for jobs. So I expressed my thoughts.

I froze, not knowing what she wanted me to say. So I said, "Okay. Which topic do you want me to talk about? " In other words, my English grammar mistakes are many, and Chinglish is also very serious, but it should still be understandable.

There is little difference between the topic of written test and the topic of civil servants' administrative ability. I feel that this topic is not difficult, there is no interview opportunity, and there is no way.

2. Han nationality

I thought that after being interviewed by bs, I actually received a telephone interview. Unfortunately, when I answered the phone, it was noisy on the side of the road and the signal was not good. I'll call back on Monday. Someone asked me what is the difference between laser light path design and ordinary light path design, and then let me describe the optical characteristics of laser. Although there was time to prepare, but I had no experience and didn't know how to prepare in advance, I was flown by pia.

3, Ona

Interview. It turns out that Onna has another product involving reflective LCD, which should be more suitable. The problems are probably: the understanding of colorimetry, the understanding of film crossing process, and the understanding of micro-optics and binary optics. Then give a small example: if there is an oval ball lamp, it should be projected to get a uniform light distribution on the projection screen. How to design with binary optics? Let me design the scene, which is a bit confusing, but I still have some ideas. I know that binary optics uses many algorithms to achieve this goal. The key point is that this algorithm has not been studied, and the idea seems superficial. It could have been designed with optical software LightTools, but the scope of mastery was too small for anyone to pay attention to. This is also a mistake in daily work, focusing only on the priority part and not broadening our horizons.

4. Foxconn

I gave up because of the conflict with Tianma's written test. According to the students who went in for the second interview, the first written test was all about the knowledge of electricity counting and analog electricity. These things have long been forgotten. 1, about Tianma
