I've been to a written test, according to the impression process and points for attention:

1. Don't be too artificial in self-introduction. When I introduced myself last year, I was told by the invigilator that it was too artificial and should be true because I designed it myself in advance.

2. Then there is your resume. Their questions are all simple, such as your internship experience, and they will ask some things about your internship according to your internship experience.

3. They will ask you some unique aspects of your resume. For example, I have published a novel, and they will ask about the content of the novel. If there are some unique points in your resume or experience that attract the attention of the judges, then you are very dominant.
