What is the difference between the unified examination and the joint examination in public institutions?
1, type of examination institution
Joint examination of public institutions: the examination forms of public institutions conducted in several provinces at the same time, with the same content and the same scoring standards. The examination centers in all provinces organize proposition, examination and marking in a unified way. The comprehensive application ability of senior high school entrance examination can be divided into five categories: comprehensive management A, social science B, natural science C, primary and secondary school teachers D, and medical care E.
Unified examination for public institutions: the unified examination refers to the examination organized by the province, and cities in the province can choose to participate or not. The examination period is relatively fixed. At present, the main subject of most provinces and cities is "Basic knowledge of public affairs".
Single recruitment of public institutions: employers recruit more staff, such as daily newspapers, educational institutions, hospitals and other units, and those who recruit more are generally professional.
2. The examination time is different.
The time of the joint entrance examination will be twice a year, and the time of non-joint entrance examination provinces and cities is uncertain, but generally speaking, the time is roughly the same as last year. We can roughly estimate the time of last year's exam and make preparations in advance.
3. The types of test papers are different
The entrance examination is divided into five categories, each with its own emphasis. Non-entrance examination provinces and cities are not divided into A, B and C categories. There are many unified exams, so it is easy to summarize the key points of the exam. There are many real questions to do, and the preparation for the exam will be more adequate. The multi-band recruitment is done by each unit or county itself, which is arbitrary and difficult to grasp the focus of the investigation.
4. Different types of exam questions
The questions in non-joint entrance examination provinces and cities such as Shanghai are case analysis, document correction and material writing. The A-type questions in Zhejiang Province are similar to those in Shanghai, while the B-type questions are the same as the syllabus of the joint exam, and the content of the exam is different from that of the joint exam, so it is easy to get confused when preparing for the exam.
5. The number of people involved is different.
There will be more positions in the joint entrance examination and the unified examination, and more staff will be recruited, so that our competitive advantage in positions will be greater. However, each unit with many exams only recruits dozens or dozens. If it fails in the exam, it will have to come again next year. So in my opinion, the joint exam is less difficult than the unified exam.
