What is the operating procedure of the roller mill?

2, the operator must according to the requirements of the grinder manual, detailed understanding and memorization of lubrication parts, lubrication methods and types and brands of lubricating oil, according to the provisions of the grinder lubrication chart for refueling maintenance.

3, before start working, should wear protective equipment in accordance with the provisions, control shift record book, detailed inspection of grinder ministries, found that the problem should be timely report step by step, no exception shall not drive.

4. Before starting work, check the following parts of the roller mill:

(1) The oil in the oil pool should reach the specified oil level.

(2) Adjust whether the belt tightness is appropriate.

(3) The protective cover and grinding wheel should be firmly clamped and correctly positioned, and the dust-proof felt pad should be well bonded.

(4) Check whether the electrical system is in good condition and the surrounding environment should be clean without short circuit.

(5) Fill the lubricating oil in turn according to the lubricating position specified in the instruction manual of the roller mill.

(6) Turn on the main power supply, start the motors such as the oil pump in turn, pay attention to the running state, and turn off the power supply immediately if abnormal or abnormal sounds are found.

(7) Start the roller mill, idling for 3min, and check whether the actions of each part are normal, whether za is normal, and whether the coolant is unblocked.

(8) Before installing the grinding wheel, prevent the grinding wheel from being affected with damp, and conduct a balance test on the grinding wheel; Cracks in the grinding wheel are strictly prohibited.

(9) When installing the grinding wheel, put a paper pad of 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm between the grinding wheel and the pressure plate, and tighten it evenly with a special wrench.

(10) After the grinding wheel is installed, it should run idle for 5min. The operator should avoid the front and use it after confirming that the grinding wheel is running normally.

5, piston rod loading card must conform to the regulations, and must confirm the state of the grinder is normal, before driving.

6, processing roll must be removed in advance by the processing parts of the grease, pollution and dust, etc. According to the material of the workpiece, choose the grinding wheel and grinding amount reasonably, and it is forbidden to grind the workpiece blank.

7. When loading the card and measuring the workpiece, the grinding wheel must leave the workpiece and stop. When the workpiece and grinding wheel do not leave, they shall not stop halfway. When the grinding wheel is close to the workpiece, electric feed is not allowed.

8. When working, it is forbidden for the operator to leave the grinder or entrust others to take care of it. If it is necessary to leave due to power failure or other reasons, the grinding wheel should stop after leaving the workpiece. When restarting the grinder, all components should be confirmed to be normal before starting.

9. When the grinder is working, attention should be paid to the state of each transmission part, such as whether the oil temperature and oil pressure are normal and whether the cooling liquid is poured on the workpiece smoothly and accurately; Whether the temperature of oil pump and motor is normal and whether there is abnormal sound; Whether the position of the operating handle is correct, whether the fasteners are loose or displaced, etc.

10, it is forbidden to put metal objects on the workbench and paint the surface.

12, after the grinder accident, should keep the scene, cut off the power supply. Report it quickly and handle it properly.

13. After the work, the grinding wheel should be withdrawn from the workpiece, cut off the main power supply, and put the handle in an empty position. Restore the normal state of grinder and do daily maintenance.
