Qualification review and assessment

(1) The Human Resources Department will review the qualifications of applicants based on the recruitment conditions.

(2) The assessment is divided into two parts: written examination and interview. The Human Resources Department organizes relevant departments and experts to assess the ideological and political performance, professional qualities, and business abilities of the candidates, and adds professional skills assessments based on specific position conditions. Those who pass the professional skills assessment will enter the written examination.

For each recruitment position, the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people participating in the interview is 1:3, and the interviewers will be determined in order from high to low according to the written test scores.
