What talents do new property companies need to recruit?

Property operation, security, water, electricity, housing engineering and technical personnel, computer maintenance workers (including network), cleaning (outsourcing), find more troops to take the lead in security. Small property companies will be squeezed by strength, first pick up low-end small buildings, and then pick up big ones after collecting money. I'm a property manager.
