Re-examination shall be carried out by the examiner in a tertiary general hospital other than the original medical examination hospital, and the results of the medical examination of the personnel applying for re-examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.

(2) Those who have entered the medical examination fail to participate in the medical examination at the specified time or fail to pass the medical examination, and their employment qualification will be cancelled. The resulting vacancy will not be replenished.
