1 personnel management

(6) In order to clarify the quality management responsibility of large-scale asphalt mixing equipment, non-equipment formula managers shall not arbitrarily change the formula. If the material overflow is serious, the output is extremely low, and the equipment can't meet the production requirements due to the mix proportion problem provided by the engineering experimenter, it should be reported to the person in charge in time. (7) Weighing and mixing materials should be more automatic and less manual. When using automation, don't add, subtract or change the operation steps at will. Pay attention when using it manually. (8) Fill in the operation records in time. The operation record of asphalt concrete mixing station shall record the following contents: what time to prepare every day, when to start, what materials to mix, what faults and phenomena occurred during mixing, what reasons were thought of at that time, how to eliminate them, how to prevent them, how long the faults stopped, how long they were interrupted by the production organization, downtime, completed tonnage, and the values of various counters.

2. 1 Daily maintenance management
Asphalt mixing station is a large electromechanical equipment with complex equipment, and all of them are constructed in the field, and the working environment is harsh. To ensure that the equipment has fewer failures, it is necessary to do daily maintenance. Make a scientific maintenance plan, do a good job in preventive maintenance, and strive to eliminate equipment management failures in the bud. The crew should do "three diligence": diligent inspection, diligent maintenance and diligent maintenance; "Three inspections": inspection before startup, inspection during operation and inspection after shutdown. Do a good job in daily and regular maintenance of the equipment, do a good job in "crossover" operations ("crossover" operations include: cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, fastening and corrosion prevention), manage, use and maintain the equipment well, and ensure the intact rate and utilization rate of the equipment. Parts that need maintenance should be maintained in strict accordance with equipment maintenance requirements, and key parts should be supervised by special personnel. Insist on filling in the operation records in time. The fault phenomena, causes and solutions recorded in the operation records are the most valuable first-hand information, which will accumulate experience for future work. Troubleshooting during production should be calm and avoid violence. As long as you master the rules and think patiently, any fault will be solved well.
2.2 parts management
Spare parts management of asphalt mixing station is a work that cannot be underestimated. Asphalt mixing plants are usually located far away from the city center, so it is relatively difficult to buy accessories. Moreover, some accessories are generally expensive, and most of them are not easy to buy. They need to be ordered from manufacturers, especially the wearing parts such as mixed leaves, liners and screens. The production and delivery cycle is generally one month. In order to ensure that there are enough spare parts to be replaced when the equipment fails, a certain spare parts reserve must be guaranteed. If the management of spare parts is neglected, spare parts are not prepared, and there are no spare parts after the equipment is damaged, it will have a great impact on the progress of the project. Therefore, spare parts must be reasonably reserved and the money should be spent on the "blade". 3 Quality management
High metering accuracy, good mixing uniformity and accurate temperature control are the most important indicators to measure the mixing quality of asphalt mixing station. These technical indicators can only be maintained through regular maintenance, especially the measurement accuracy. Metering system is the core of asphalt mixture production, and it is the guarantee to ensure the accuracy of production mixture ratio. Its measuring precision and accuracy directly affect the quality of mixture and pavement construction. In the production process, the weighing error of each aggregate shall not exceed 3%, and the asphalt content shall not exceed 0.3%. However, the measurement accuracy of aggregate weighing is generally 5 kg, and that of asphalt weighing is 1 kg. Therefore, the weighing of aggregate, asphalt and powder must be calibrated before production. Every time the asphalt mixing station is used for a period of time, we will find that the originally calibrated electronic scale will be inaccurate, which is caused by the change of environmental temperature and voltage and the stagnation in the weighing hopper.
The impact of things. In order to ensure that the weighed weight conforms to the actual situation, it must be adjusted in time. In general, calibration is conducted every three months. If a new load cell is replaced, it must be calibrated immediately. The mixing of the mixture requires that all mineral particles be wrapped by asphalt, without uneven wrapping, white aggregate, caking or serious segregation, and carbon carbide.
Chemical and aqueous mixtures should be discarded. The mixing time is directly related to whether the mixture is uniform or not. Generally speaking, the longer the dry mixing time of stone, the longer the total mixing time, the better the uniformity of the mixture, but the greater the damage to the stirring pot, the more serious the temperature loss. Too long mixing time will also lead to over-mixing and segregation of the mixture. Therefore, in the process of construction, generally choose 5 ~ 10 s as the dry mixing time of stone, and the total mixing time should be controlled between 45 ~ 60 s. Always check the stirring blades and arms of the stirring pot. After they are worn, the stirring diameter decreases, which has certain influence on the performance of the stirring pot and the mixing quality of the mixture. And the technical indicators of the mixture should be sampled and tested at any time every day. Temperature control mainly includes the ex-factory temperature of finished materials and the heating temperature of aggregates. The ex-factory temperature of common asphalt products is generally controlled at 120 ~ 145℃ and cannot be higher than175℃; For modified asphalt, the ex-factory temperature is generally controlled at 165 ~ 185℃ and cannot be higher than 195℃. The heating temperature of aggregate is determined according to the ex-factory temperature, and there is a certain temperature difference with the ex-factory temperature. In actual production, the ex-factory temperature is achieved by controlling the temperature of aggregate. Low aggregate temperature will affect the quality of mixture, resulting in uneven "flower material" phenomenon, which is not conducive to paving and rolling; But if the temperature is too high, the fuel will be wasted. In severe cases, the asphalt will age and coke, and the mixture will turn yellow. Therefore, the temperature of the mixture must be strictly controlled.
Degree, but also according to different construction conditions, weather to determine the reasonable temperature. Generally speaking, the temperature is slightly higher than 5 ~ 10℃ in the morning and evening, and can be appropriately lowered by 5 ~ 10℃ at noon. In windy weather, the temperature should also be increased to ensure the normal paving and rolling of the road surface. It can be seen that the factory temperature of the finished asphalt mixture directly affects the paving quality and rolling quality, so the temperature of the finished asphalt mixture is detected at any time during the production process and fed back to the operation room for temperature control in time.
4 Formula management
Formula is the basis of producing qualified asphalt mixture in asphalt mixing station. Production mix ratio is far more important than cold mix ratio and target mix ratio, and it is the only necessary formula for asphalt mixing station operators. Before designing or calculating this formula, it is necessary to find out the sieve hole diameter of the vibrating screen corresponding to each hot bin of the equipment and its corresponding standard grading screening throughput. A good formula (production mix ratio) can only be basically stable after a certain amount of mixture trial mixing, and can also guide practice. If the stone source is unstable, it is impossible to be stable. At this time, it can only be adjusted in time by the operators on the asphalt mixing station. The feasible formula can not only make the asphalt content and mineral aggregate gradation in the mixture meet the requirements, but also minimize the spillover and improve the quality.
