Zichuan must be vaccinated three times to apply for a pass card.

Conditions for handling Zichuan Pass:

(1) Handling conditions for drivers and passengers. It is necessary to ensure that the temperature test is normal, including the negative result of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and the health code and travel code are displayed in green.

(2) Vehicle handling conditions. The enterprise shall truthfully provide the enterprise name, license plate number, axle number, material category, total weight of vehicles and goods (tons), entrance toll station, entry and exit routes and routes of provinces (cities), exit toll station, driving time and driver's telephone number.

Pass processing flow:

The enterprise applying for the pass shall submit the application form to the lobby on the first floor of the District Transportation Service Center (the middle section of the West Outer Ring Road in Zichuan District) with the business license, vehicle driving license (or operation license) and a copy or photo of the driver's license.
