According to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Notice on Issues Concerning Vocational College Graduates' Participation in Open Recruitment of Institutions (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security No.33 [202 1]), vocational college graduates are treated equally with ordinary school graduates when they participate in recruitment of institutions. On the premise of satisfying other conditions such as specialty, graduates of preparatory technician (technician) class in technical colleges can apply for positions with undergraduate education requirements, and graduates of higher engineering classes can apply for positions with junior college education requirements.

3. Applicants must have a teacher qualification certificate that meets the post requirements. In 2022, the teacher qualification has been confirmed by the education department on the spot, and those who are confirmed or recognized by the certification management system of China Teacher Qualification Network are regarded as having the teacher qualification certificate.
