When will plot 37 on the east coast of Greenland be delivered?

No.37 on the east coast of Greenland was delivered in the third phase on September 30, 2023. The east coast of Greenland is located in Chuansha, Pudong, Shanghai, with 385 houses. The newly-built primary school affiliated to Teachers College is located in the south of plot 37 of this project, covering an area of 25.8 mu. Kunming No.3 Middle School is located in No.34 plot of the third phase of the project, near Gucheng Road Station of Metro Line 4. Six schools are planned for the East Coast Project of Greenland.
