The third examination room: 14 people for primary school mathematics undergraduate positions, 6 primary school mathematics junior college positions, 4 primary school physical education undergraduate positions, 3 primary school physical education junior college positions, and 7 primary school information technology positions, a total of 34 people.
Each examination room is equipped with an examiner's seat, a supervisor's seat, a recording seat, a timer's seat, a scoring seat and an examination-taking seat. Outside the examination room, there is a waiting room, a post-exam lounge, and an assessment examiner's lounge. The three rooms are separate and do not interfere with each other. The waiting room is equipped with 2 management personnel (one male and one female) to manage candidates who have not participated in the interview.

5. Examination room personnel arrangement
(1) Evaluation examiner
Each examination room has one examiner and 10 evaluation examiners. 30 minutes before the examination, The Recruitment Leading Group Office randomly selects 8 assessment examiners as the examiners for this session.
(2) Supervisors
Arranged by the supervision team, they are responsible for supervising the entire recruitment and interview process for teachers’ “special positions”.
(3) Scorekeepers
The scorekeepers are composed of relevant personnel arranged by the office of the recruitment leadership group. They are responsible for on-site scoring of interview scores and carefully check the scores of each candidate to ensure that the test scores are accurate. Correct.
(4) Recorder
The written recorder will be assigned by the Office of the Recruitment Leading Group to make written records of the entire interview process.
(5) Timekeeper

VI. Interview Implementation Method
(1) The composition and proposition of the interview evaluation examiner group

2. "Lectures" do not have separate propositions. The contents of the designated teaching materials are all "Lectures" topics, and the specific contents are randomly selected by the candidates.
(2) Interview procedures
1. All candidates participating in the interview will be divided into groups to draw lots, and the order of individual lectures will be arranged according to the draw.
2. From June 3rd to 4th, the qualification review will be conducted at the Human Resources Department of Weishan County Education Bureau. Candidates participating in the interview are required to bring their graduation certificate, degree certificate, ID card, Mandarin level certificate and teacher qualification certificate to participate. Qualification review. If a person is found to be unqualified, his or her interview qualification will be cancelled.
3. Candidate training will be held at Weimin Primary School in Weishan County at 9:00 am on June 9th. Candidates who participate in the interview are asked to attend on time.
4. At 18:30 pm on June 9th, candidates for the "Teaching Lessons" exam gathered at Weimin Primary School and selected interview topics by lottery. Under the supervision of the supervision team, one person prepared lessons and wrote the lecture notes. The number of words in the lecture notes should be within 1,000 words; the textbooks and teachers’ books in this volume should be brought with you, and borrowing of textbooks and teachers’ books from each other is not allowed. Preparation time is one and a half hours. 5. At 7:30 a.m. on June 10th, the admission order will be determined by drawing lots at Weimin Primary School, and the interview will begin at 8:00. Interview candidates are coded.
6. Each candidate’s “lecturing” time is 15 minutes. When the time is up, the timekeeper will remind the examiner to terminate the “lecturing”.
(3) Determination and announcement of interview results
1. The scoring standard for the interview is determined according to the "Weishan County 2014 Teacher Special Position Recruitment Interview Scoring Table", with a full score of 100 point.
2. Each group of assessment examiners is responsible for course evaluation. The evaluation examiners will score the candidates objectively, fairly and independently according to the "Weishan County 2014 Teacher Special Position Recruitment Interview Scoring Table".
3. To determine the score of each candidate's "lecture", the 8 scores evaluated by the examiner of this assessment will be used, the highest score will be removed, the lowest score will be removed, and the remaining 6 valid scores will be used. Add the scores and divide by the number of valid score examiners (6). The average score obtained is the interview score of the candidate (retain two significant figures after the decimal point). The interview score shall not be less than 70 points, and those with lower scores will not be hired.
4. The evaluation examiner team will not give the candidates high marks on the spot. After the interview session of the professional group is over, the candidates will be gathered together to announce the results. If the candidate's total scores in the written test and interview are the same, another interview will be conducted until the ranking is determined.
5. The interview score plus the written test score equals the total score.
The candidates to be hired will be determined based on overall scores from high to low for each position.
7. Physical Examination and Employment
On June 11, candidates for the physical examination will be determined in order from high scores to low scores based on the total score. The number of people participating in the physical examination will depend on the county's academic section, The ratio of the number of posts by subject is 1:1. The physical examination standards are based on the physical examination standards of Yunnan Province for applicants applying for teacher qualifications. The location of the physical examination is Weishan County People's Hospital. After passing the physical examination, the list of proposed candidates will be announced to the public.
