2. Definition of fresh graduates

The Ministry of Education clearly stipulates that international students do not distinguish between recent graduates and previous graduates, and there is no tripartite agreement. Whether the graduates are fresh or not is defined by the employer. Therefore, the clearest way is to look at the recruitment information of enterprises.

However, there is one thing that international students should pay attention to. The time for issuing the degree certificate abroad is about 1-3 months later than the time for completing the course, so you should pay attention to the graduation time on the degree certificate when applying. The graduation date on the degree certificate shall prevail!

3. When did the school move?

Although the definition of fresh graduates in China is not so strict, many large companies generally start recruiting in September to recruit people who will join after June next year. Therefore, you must take part in the school recruitment before graduation!

4. How to apply online?

In fact, the online application systems of many large factories do not need manual work. This process is not to help enterprises find suitable people, but to help enterprises screen out unsuitable people. Many recruitment platforms (written in my previous notes) and official website provide online application channels.

Be sure to pay attention to the start time and end time of online application! Basically missed a company's online application, and missed the opportunity to enter the company as a fresh student.

It is suggested that students can choose to apply online for 30%-70% of the time between the open day and the deadline, which is called prime time.

5. School recruitment process

Online application → written test → interview → waiting for offer.

One thing, many students will misunderstand, there is no conflict between approving autumn strokes in advance and autumn strokes! Actually, it is not. Under normal circumstances, even if you participate in the autumn recruitment of the same company in advance, you can also participate in the formal autumn recruitment, which is equivalent to one more submission opportunity.

There are two recruitment seasons for fresh graduates every year: September-65438+February autumn recruitment and March-May spring recruitment.

Therefore, international students preparing to return to China should start preparing according to the domestic time.
