The Graduate School of Shenyang Gong Li University was approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee in 1986 and became the third batch of authorized units for master's degrees. After more than 30 years of development, as a provincial institution of higher learning jointly established by Liaoning Provincial People's Government, National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, China Ordnance Industry Group Co., Ltd. and China Ordnance Equipment Group Co., Ltd., the discipline construction has made great progress and the national defense characteristics are relatively distinct.
