These positions are as follows

Mechanical Technician (6 persons): Main tasks: cleaning and replacing air conditioning filters, cleaning pipeline filters, having a certain understanding of the maintenance ability of water pumps and pipelines, and having a certain understanding of refrigerators, air compressors or boiler equipment.

Electrician (4 persons): 2 persons are required to hold skill certificates, 50% of which have low-voltage electrician certificates.

Water treatment (2) personnel: knowledge of wastewater treatment and pure water preparation system is required.

Civil Engineer (6): Decoration experience is required.
