Apprentice Installation of Air Conditioning

Apprentices from Gree and Midea are all available. The salary is not bad, but it is tiring and there are certain risks.

When installing air conditioners, pay attention to the following matters:

1. Prepare the required welding equipment, appropriate accessories and air conditioning copper pipes.

2. Be sure to clean the accessories and air conditioning copper pipes to be welded to ensure correct solder joints.

3. Mark the air-conditioning copper pipes you want to cut accordingly and use a copper knife to cut the air-conditioning copper pipes.

4. Use emery cloth or gauze to clean both ends of the air conditioning copper pipe until it looks clean. This is done to remove dirt and grease and prevent oxidation.

5. Use air-conditioning copper pipe flux when welding. Only use a thin layer of air-conditioning copper pipe flux.

6. When heating air-conditioning copper pipes and fittings, the fitting in the pipe will require more heat, so the fittings and air-conditioning copper pipes should be hot enough during installation.
