1. Introduction plan
Baotou City Commerce Bureau (a public institution directly under the municipal government) plans to introduce 2 talents. II. Qualifications
(1) Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, regardless of household registration.
(2) Have good ideological and political quality, support the party’s line, principles and policies, have a strong sense of professionalism, and obey organizational distribution.
(3) Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position.
(4) Age conditions: As of the date of announcement, full-time undergraduate students must not exceed 28 years old (born after January 1, 1993); full-time master’s students must not exceed 35 years old (born in 1986 (born after January 1, 1976); those who have obtained a doctorate shall not be over 45 years old (born after January 1, 1976).

III. Introduction Procedures
(1) Announcement

(2) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: Registration will start from the date of announcement, and the registration deadline is 24:00 on January 15, 2022.
2. Registration method: Registration is a combination of personal self-recommendation and organizational recommendation. 3. Preliminary review of qualifications: The Municipal Commerce Bureau will conduct a qualification review based on the registration materials received by email. 4. Qualification review: Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review will bring the "Baotou City Commerce Bureau Talent Introduction Registration Form" (Attachment 2) and the originals and copies of the application materials during the preliminary review to the city within the designated time. After the qualification review, the ratio of the number of applicants who passed the preliminary qualification review to the number of planned introductions reaches 3:1 before they can enter the interview stage. In the case of urgent needs and the ratio cannot be met, the ratio can be adjusted after approval from the Municipal Talent Office. The qualification review of the talents to be introduced runs through the entire introduction process. If the conditions are found to be inconsistent or fraudulent at any stage or after recruitment, the qualifications will be disqualified and all responsibilities will be borne by the applicants themselves.
3. Interview
After passing the qualification review, the Municipal Commerce Bureau will announce the list of candidates for interview through the "Baotou Municipal Commerce Bureau" WeChat public account and telephone notification. The interview is entrusted to a third-party professional agency to conduct the interview. Specifically, structured interviews are used as the main form, with a score of 100 points and a duration of 8 minutes. The entire interview process is videotaped, and the image data is permanently saved. The interview results are announced to the candidates on the spot. After the interview, the interview results will be released through the Baotou City Commerce Bureau website, Baotou City Commerce Bureau WeChat official account and other platforms.
Those who fail to attend the interview as scheduled will be deemed to have automatically given up their talent introduction qualifications.
IV. Inspection and Physical Examination
Based on the interview results, the candidates for the inspection will be determined in equal amounts according to their performance rankings. The inspection work is carried out by the Municipal Commerce Bureau. According to the National Civil Service Bureau's "Notice on Carrying out the Inspection Work on the Recruitment of Civil Servants" (Guogong Bureau [2013] No. 2), the specific contents are:
Inspection content: Mainly understand and master the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, job matching, etc. of the examinee, as well as their performance during study and application, and at the same time verify whether the examinee meets the prescribed qualifications. Whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate, and whether there are any situations such as avoidance of application.
Inspection form: The Municipal Commerce Bureau will set up an inspection working group, which will mainly conduct interviews and review files, focusing on the review of three ages, two calendars and one identity. 5. Announcement and Recruitment

VI. Follow-up Arrangements

2.
