Where is the high-pressure welder trained?

You can go now. China Dianjian Henan Electric Power Welding Training Center.

High-pressure welder refers to the welder who meets the welding requirements of pressure weld. Usually pressure vessel welding machine, pressure pipeline (argon arc welding machine) (downward welding machine) and so on. High-voltage welding machine has always been one of the projects with the highest technical requirements in the welding industry because of its high welding operation requirements, difficult operation and strict construction and welding supervision.

High-pressure welders are generally divided into two types, one is pressure vessel welder and the other is long-distance pipeline welder.

Pressure vessel welder refers to the person engaged in pressure pipeline welding (argon welding). According to the process, there are manual arc welding machine and argon arc welding machine for pipeline welding.

Long-distance pipeline welder (welder of Luoyang Li Ji Welding Technology Co., Ltd.) is divided into cellulose downward welder, flux-cored downward welder and STT. RND welder according to the welding process of long-distance pipeline.

At the same time, TIG welding is also a kind of high-pressure welding machine, which mainly adopts high-frequency high-pressure arc initiation method or pulse arc initiation method. In these two methods, the tungsten electrode is close to the workpiece, but not in contact, leaving a gap of 2 ~ 5 mm between them. The voltage of these two methods is very high, reaching 2000 ~ 3000 V.

When arcing, high voltage is used to breakdown the space between the electrode and the workpiece, forming a spark discharge. Under the action of high voltage, a strong electric field is formed in the arc space, which strengthens the ionization of electrons emitted by cathode and arc space, and makes the arc space quickly change from spark discharge or glow discharge to arc discharge.
