Third, the mode of employment and wages.

1. This position is employed in the form of social employment. Once hired, I will sign a labor dispatch contract and apply for social insurance in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the school. The probation period is two months.

2. The salary is as follows:

(1) basic salary: 2,800 yuan/month (after tax), with normal salary increase with working years;

(2) Monthly performance award: the monthly performance award is calculated according to the monthly assessment workload;
