5. Application materials. You need to bring your ID card and household registration driver's license, and you should prepare copies of these documents. Also print out the accumulated points record within one year and prepare a photo;

The state implements the qualification examination system for commercial road passenger and freight transport drivers and road dangerous goods transport practitioners. Other road transport practitioners who have implemented the national vocational qualification system shall follow the relevant provisions of the national vocational qualification.

Professional qualification is the basic evaluation of the professional quality of road transport practitioners engaged in specific positions.

Drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport and practitioners of road dangerous goods transport must obtain corresponding qualifications before they can engage in corresponding road transport activities.

Encourage motor vehicle maintenance enterprises and motor vehicle driver training institutions to give priority to hiring employees who have obtained national vocational qualifications to engage in motor vehicle maintenance and motor vehicle driver training.

Article 9

Drivers operating road passenger transport shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license 1 year or more;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(3) No major traffic accidents within 3 years;

(four) to master the basic knowledge of road passenger transport regulations, motor vehicle maintenance and passenger first aid;

(5) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.

Article 10

A commercial road freight transport driver shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to obtain the corresponding motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the age is not more than 60 years old;

(three) to master the relevant laws and regulations of road cargo transportation and motor vehicle maintenance and the basic knowledge of cargo loading and storage;

(4) Having passed the examination and obtained the corresponding qualification certificate.
